| Mt. Isle Harbor Association Organization & Responsibilities |
The Mt. Isle Harbor Owner's Association, Inc. Board of Directors are elected for a two year term by the members who are the property owners. The responsibility of the volunteer board is to direct the operation of the Owner's Association with the day to day handled by the Property Manager for assessment collections, contracted services, reservation of facilities and oversight of rules & regulations. The scope of responsibility is the operation, safety and maintenance of the common areas & facilities such as the entrance, clubhouse, pool, sports fields/courts, dry storage and boat launch. They enforce the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCR's) regarding both appearance of the neighborhood and changes that owners want to make through the architectural approval process. The board formulates the policies and direction of the Association by establishing committees that involve owners in the various efforts such as social, recreation, safety, grounds, communications and others as needed.
